It’s true! Don’t wait until 4pm to check into your Magical Sunrise Vacation. Our standard check in time is 12pm, and don’t rush around on check out day getting ready to leave by 10 or 11am, you can stay until 2pm.

This newly decorated 9-bedroom vacation home near Disney is located in the gated ChampionsGate Resort community, just steps from the Oasis Clubhouse and minutes from Walt Disney World.

No need to spend extra money on an off-site water park.

You will have full access to the Amenities of the Champions Gate Community. Including the Oasis Clubhouse that is a 3-5 minutes walk away. The Oasis club house includes an exclusive restaurant with reasonable prices, coin operated arcade, fully equipped gym, volleyball, tennis , basketball, a lagoon style pool, wading pool, and lazy river. The Retreat at Champions Gate is located about 1 mile away from our home and includes mini golf, pool and tube style water slides.

Cleaning and care of Magical Sunrise

A cleaning fee is included to cover the cost of washing linens and preparing the home for our next guests. This fee does not cover excessive trash or damage to our home. There will be a small list of actions that we ask be completed before you checkout. These include tasks like pick up trash, place it in garbage bags and place in the garbage bench on the front porch to be picked up by our community trash collectors, wash pots and pans and place all dirty dishes in the dish washer and begin the cycle. We ask that you do not make the beds that have been used or remove the sheets,

No Pets: Magical Sunrise is a pet free home. Due to family allergies we are unable to accommodate your furry friends.

No smoking or vaping: We are a smoke free home. Please no smoking or vaping in the home or in the pool area.

Security: There is a camera in the ring camera at the front door. This camera is to protect our guests and the property. There are no camera or recording devices in the home or in the pool and hot tub area.
