Who is KDA Vacations!
We are not a huge corporation with dozens of properties. We are a family, just like yours. We have three children, Kaiden "K", Devin "D", and Alexys "A". As these wonder little humans, grew we found it harder and harder to find vacation accommodations that worked for all of us.
We didn't want to be in two or more hotel rooms, but needed more space than 1 room allowed. We love being together, but as adults they needed space alone. We learned that if we stayed in a vacation rental, we could have the best of both worlds. We could hang out in the common areas and enjoy each other’s company but everyone could have their own room.
I loved having a full kitchen to make some of our meals. This saved us a ton of money compared to eating out every meal, although we paid more for the house vs. a hotel, we still saved money in the end.
We have designed our homes to include all of the things that we love having in homes we stay in. We purposing don't put Televisions in every bedroom to encourage togetherness in the common areas.

Check In 12pm!!
The only thing more frustrating than having to wait until late in the afternoon to check into your vacation home and begin your fun and relaxation is having to rush to get everyone cleaned up and out the door early in the morning you are schedule to check out. This is not the case at KDA Vacation properties. For the convenience of our guests our check in time is 12pm and check out is 2pm. This gives you almost another full day of day time hours. Where else can you have this many hours of fun without adding days to your booking?
Due to our standard check in and check out times we are unable to accommodate requests for early check in or late check out.
