Walk In/Out Basement
When you arrive at Raspberry Sunrise at Bear Lake you will use your door code to enter through a double glass door into the basement level of the home. The 800 square foot basement includes a living room space with smart TV and Ping Pong Table. You will walk to the rear of the Living space and enter a door to left to find the stairs to the upper levels.
The basement includes 3 bedrooms. One containing a queen bed with private entrance to the front porch. This queen bedroom is connected to a bedroom with King bed with a jack and jill bathroom. Jack and Jill bathroom has a tub/shower combo and toilet in separate room from mirror and vanity to allow use by multiple people while keeping privacy. The third basement bedroom holds 2 X queen beds. Also located in the basement is another full bathroom with tub/shower combo accessed from the common living area.
So Much Space = So Much Fun!
Main Level with a Spectacular View
Coming up the stairs from the basement you will find yourself in the great room of the main level. The great room is home to a smart TV, fireplace, and a regulation pool table.
Also located on the main level is the main bedroom with ensuite, guest bedroom #1 with queen bed and a guest bath with shower. The great room is open to the kitchen that includes 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and a 6 burner 48" gas range. Walk through the kitchen to a utility room housing 2 washers and 2 driers.
Access to the lake facing deck can be gained through the great room's 4 panel accordion glass door or through the french doors in in the main bedroom or dining room.
Spacious Loft
The third level of Raspberry Sunrise includes the loft common area, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Enjoy the smart TV, vintage video game machines, gaming tables in the loft common area. A bean bag chair that converts to a queen size floor mattress and a comfy sectional are also available in the loft area.
Guest bed rooms #2 and #3 both with queen size beds are connected by a jack and jill bathroom and the bunk bed room is home to 7 single beds (2 lofted). One of the single beds can be pulled out to convert to a king bed if desired. Extra mattress can be found under the other single beds.
